PREPARE FOR MOMENTUM, NOT COMFORT
Anchor Scripture: Amos 9:13
“The days are coming… when the reaper will be overtaken by the plowman.”
God often prepares His people not for ease, but for acceleration. Momentum requires readiness. Scripture describes seasons where growth increases rapidly, but only those prepared can sustain it.
Preparation strengthens capacity. Joseph’s years of discipline positioned him to manage sudden expansion (Genesis 41). Momentum without preparation overwhelms; preparation without momentum stagnates. God balances both.
Paul instructed Timothy to “prepare yourself for godliness” (1 Timothy 4:7). Readiness determines whether momentum becomes fruitfulness or burnout.
Comfort maintains the familiar; preparation equips you for increase.
Truths to Hold
- Momentum requires preparation
- Readiness sustains acceleration
- God prepares before He increases
Faith Declaration
