Anchor Scripture: Proverbs 11:3
“The integrity of the upright guides them.”
Integrity is internal alignment between belief and behavior. It guides decisions when no one is watching and anchors character when pressure increases. Scripture treats integrity as a compass—quiet but reliable.
Integrity simplifies life. When actions align with values, decisions become clearer. David prayed, “May integrity and uprightness protect me” (Psalm 25:21). Integrity acts as a shield, preserving trust and credibility.
Jesus emphasized integrity when He said, “Let your ‘Yes’ be yes, and your ‘No,’ no” (Matthew 5:37). Integrity reduces complexity and eliminates double-mindedness. It strengthens relationships and secures influence.
Compromised integrity may bring short-term advantage, but it weakens long-term impact. God honors those who choose truth consistently.
