"Trust Grows in the Tension"
Friends, trust is the hardest when life doesn't make sense.
When prayers feel unanswered.
When obedience feels costly.
When you’re doing the “right thing” but nothing is changing.
Trust is not pretending things are okay.
Trust is choosing to lean while things are unresolved.
God never asked you to understand everything.
He asked you to walk with Him through it.
Let's unpack this moment
Scripture doesn't shame uncertainty - it redirects it.
God's word says, "Lean not on your own understanding" and this is no rebuke towards you; it's an invitation to release the pressure of having to figure it all out on your own.
Trust grows:
- when you keep showing up
- when you stay soft instead of bitter
- when you choose surrender over control
Sometimes growth doesn't look like progress - it looks like perseverance.
Ask yourself today:
- What areas of my life are being controlled by my own strengths that God's asking me to trust Him with?
- What would surrender look like here?
Then take a moment and offer that space to God - even if it feels uncomfortable.
✨ Power Truth
“Trust isn’t clarity—it’s staying close when clarity hasn’t come.”
