Before God ever asks you to move, He meets you right where you are.

Not where you pretend to be.
Not where others think you should be.
Not where you used to be spiritually.

Right here.

Whether you’re overwhelmed, tired, confused, disappointed, or quietly doing well—God is not distant. He is present. He is attentive. He is not waiting for you to clean yourself up before He draws near.

The first step of faith is honesty. It's identifying and confessing to the Lord what's in your heart. Truly surrendering.

Many people believe faith means having strength. Scripture says otherwise.

God consistently meets people in:

• caves (Elijah) - 1 Kings 19:9-18
• prisons (Paul) - Acts 16:25 - 34
• wilderness seasons (Israel) - This came after their departure from Egypt.
• storms (the disciples) - Matthew 14: 22-33, Mark 6:45- 52, John 6:16 - 21

Faith does not begin with confidence.
It begins with acknowledgment.

When you stop pretending and tell God the truth about where you are, you’re already walking with Him.
