Seek First 365: A One Year Bible Reading Plan for Daily DevotionSample

Reflection:
- What motivated Jesus to feed the 4,000 in Mark 8:2-3? What does this reveal about the nature of God?
- Why did the Pharisees demand a sign from Jesus? How did Jesus respond?
- What did Jesus warn the disciples about? Why must you be on guard against pride, hypocrisy and unbelief as a disciple?
Pray and Apply:
Spend a few minutes worshipping God, either singing along to a favorite worship song or praying aloud. Worship Jesus for who He is and declare Him Lord over your life. Submit your will to Him and place your trust in Him as your Lord. Repent of any pride, hypocrisy or doubt that has hindered your ability to devote yourself fully to Jesus’ ways.

About this Plan

Seek First 365 is a one-year Bible reading plan designed to help you build a daily rhythm of reading Scripture, meditating on God’s Word, praying, and journaling. Instead of rushing through several chapters each day, Seek First 365 invites you to slow down and focus on a single passage—or even part of a chapter. The goal isn’t speed, but transformation. Each day is crafted to help you linger in God’s Word, listen to the Spirit, and let His truth shape your heart, mind, and life.
