Ultimately, it’s all about Christ. Whether you’ve seen someone get saved or not, remember 1 Corinthians 3:6-7, “I have planted, Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase.”
Some may faithfully work years planting the seed of the gospel in lives, while others may faithfully work years spiritually watering that seed. If we are pointing others to Christ, it is never a wasted life.
