What makes a church strong in sharing the gospel isn’t the outreach programs or events, though they’re wonderful tools for reaching the lost and should be used to share the gospel.
Notice the end of 1 Timothy 1:11. In speaking of the gospel, Paul wrote, “…which was committed to my trust.” God has given the task of sharing the gospel to us as individuals, the people who make up His church! God entrusts us personally to share this good news with all those we can. This trust isn’t given to be kept quiet, so let’s do all that we can to bring others to a saving knowledge of Christ!
