TellGate: Mobilizing the Church Through Local MissionsSample

For so long, we as Christians have forsaken the Great Commission and lived our lives for ourselves. This was not the way God designed it. We were bought by Christ on the cross to fulfill a purpose greater than ourselves. Jesus has set the example of what our lives should look like, becoming like a servant. However, this contradicts most of the things we do. Somewhere along the way, we decided that sports, money, leisure, and experiences were worth more than glorifying God through obedience to the commission he has given us. In reality, nothing in our life is as important as telling others about Christ. As God is calling you into this purpose, do your due diligence. Following Jesus costs a lot, and it's better to not start than quit halfway through.
Hopefully this teaching series has been a benefit to you. As a ministry, our mission is to equip churches and individuals in a way that they live a life on mission. We are burdened by what is going on in the world, and we know the only solution is Christ. We hope to share that burden with you.
Are you going to take up the call to follow Jesus in a life on mission?

About this Plan

Forgotten Ministries is a ministry dedicated to mobilizing churches. One of our key outreaches that we use to partner with churches is our "Tellgate Grill." We used content from our teaching series to create this plan. It is designed to encourage, admonish, and equip churches to leave comfort and accept the call to missions, living an active Christian lifestyle. We encourage small groups to go through this together, sparking conversation and growth as a group.
