A Radical Call to Holiness to Welcome His Glory - Jean-Luc TrachselSample

Prayer, the Breath of Revival
Prayer is the oxygen of spiritual life. Without it, faith dies out; with it, the fire of revival spreads. Jesus did not simply invite us to pray, but to persevere: ask and keep asking, seek and keep seeking, knock and keep knocking. Prayer that draws heaven down is persistent and full of faith.
History confirms this: no revival has ever begun without prayer. The Moravians maintained an unbroken chain of prayer for a hundred years. Wales was shaken by meetings where a few faithful intercessors cried out to God night and day. On Azusa Street, ordinary men and women spent hours prostrate in the dust, and the glory of God descended. Leonard Ravenhill summed it up this way: “Revival is born in prayer, grows in prayer, and dies for lack of prayer.”
In my current journey of consecration, I realize that prayer is more than a request: it is an encounter. It is where my heart is transformed, where my desires align with God's, and where His fire settles within me. Prayer is also a weapon. The enemy fears a Christian who prays, because every fervent supplication opens a breach in the darkness.
Today, the Lord is calling you to rebuild your altar of prayer. If we want revival, it will begin on our knees.
Declaration of Faith:
I choose prayer as my daily breath. I believe that my prayers open the heavens. I proclaim that my supplications will shake the darkness and prepare the revival.
Prayer:
Lord, draw me closer to You each day. Break down the distractions that separate me from You. Inspire my prayers through Your Spirit and make them powerful. Give me the perseverance of an intercessor and make my life an altar of fire.
Additional Scriptures:
 1 Thessalonians 5:17; James 5:16; Jeremiah 33:3; Psalm 145:18

About this Plan

We are living in a time of revival where the Holy Spirit is calling the Church to radical and total consecration. God is seeking a purified people, ready to renounce all compromise in order to receive His glory. Repentance, fasting, prayer, and complete surrender are essential. This 10-day reading plan invites every believer to transform their heart, align themselves fully with God, and become an instrument of Revival. Only radical consecration enables us to carry the fire of His Presence and live fully in God's work.
