Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:16)
Abba, my servant Lord, lead me today to serve others in Your name.
May I understand more deeply that Your commission to make disciples is not a sacrifice, rather it is a privilege to join You in Your work.
May it be a joyful service that sets me apart from those who do not know You.
May I love those who hate me, help those who cannot serve me, forgive those who harm and hurt me, and give even to those who don't know me.
May I, by word and work, pay forward a debt that I can never pay back. May You, through me, lead those I serve to love You more deeply and sweetly.
