Prayer & Peace: A 3-Day DevotionalSample

Day 3: The Gift of Peace in Christ
Jesus speaks these words in the Upper Room on the night of His betrayal. His peace isn’t circumstantial—He knows the cross is coming. But His peace is rooted in His victory over sin and death. He doesn’t say, “Earn peace.” He says, “I give.” The world’s peace is fragile—social, financial, relational—but His peace is unshakable, anchored in the cross and resurrection. Our blessed assurance is this: the Lord who conquered sin, death, and the grave is seated at the Father’s right hand, and His Spirit lives in us.
Reflection & Invitation:
Where are you still chasing the world’s fragile peace? Will you let Christ’s peace rule instead?
I’ve been on a journey to deep dive into the Bible, chapter by chapter and verse by verse, through my WhatsApp channel. I’d love for you to join me and learn alongside me. If you want to keep growing in Scripture with others who are learning to rightly divide the Word, come be part of the Rightly Dividing Bible Study community. Together, we wrestle honestly with hard questions, dig deep into God’s Word, and walk in the peace Christ freely gives.
About this Plan

Prayer is more than words—it’s the relationship-building pathway to God. Peace is more than calm feelings—it’s the settled reality of God’s presence guarding our hearts. In Scripture, prayer and peace are inseparable: when we pray, God hears, and His peace steadies us beyond circumstances. Over three days, we’ll explore how prayer anchors us, how peace guards us, and how both are gifts God freely gives to His children.
