More Than a FeelingSample

Filled for a Reason
When the Holy Spirit came at Pentecost, it wasn’t just a spiritual high. It was a turning point.
God didn’t just send a vibe or an emotional moment—he sent his Spirit. Wind, fire, and unexpected languages weren’t just for show. They were signs of something deeper. God was filling his people with the power to worship him and follow Jesus boldly.
The Holy Spirit doesn’t just make us feel different—he guides us to live differently. He fills us so we can know God more deeply, worship him from the heart, and follow Jesus with courage and clarity.
We all crave something real in our faith. The Spirit is as real as it gets—God’s presence living inside you, pointing you toward Jesus and empowering you to follow him fully.
Start your day by inviting him to lead. Before you make decisions, ask for his wisdom. When you worship, let it come from a place of real connection, not just emotion.
Today, pray this simple prayer:
“Holy Spirit, I want to know you. Fill me today. Help me follow Jesus with everything I’ve got.”
Then pay attention—how might he show up in your words, your choices, or your attitude?
