Kingdom VirtuesSample

Safety: create a space for healing.
Safety is not only about the absence of physical threat. It’s a space where one can be himself/herself, without fear of judgement. It’s when I can say "I struggle" and not hear back "You just don’t believe enough."
In their relations with Jesus, the disciples felt safe even in their failures. Peter denies, but Christ gives him another chance. Thomas doubts and gets an answer. The woman, brought to be stoned, hears "I don’t judge you."
The virtue of safety is not about forbearance to sin but about creating space where people can grow without fear of being broken.
Questions to ask yourself:
- Being by my side, can people be themselves without fear of judgement?
- Which of my words or action heal and which hurt?
Prayer:
Oh, God, please make me a person people feel safe around. Teach me to create space for healing, not fearing.
About this Plan

The virtues of the Kingdom are transformative values that can change the world around us. This seven-day plan will help you transition from knowledge to action and from declarations to lifestyle. You will explore five key virtues—humanity, hospitality, safety, empathy, and interaction—and discover how God's love becomes tangible through them. If our loved ones do not experience the goodness of our relationship with God, it is time to reflect. The Kingdom of God begins with how we live every day.
