The Boom Squad: Young Hero TrainingSample

Using Your Gifts
"As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God's varied grace" (1 Peter 4:10, ESV).
The Bible says that every believer has been given spiritual gifts to serve one another! Maybe you have the gift of speaking, helping, or teaching. Whatever your gift is, God wants you to use it to help and build up others! The Bible teaches us that all of these gifts come from the Holy Spirit, and they are all important to the body of Christ—other Christians. We should use our gifts with love, to serve others and make them stronger in their faith.
Talk to your teacher or another grown-up about the gifts they see in you. Sometimes, they can see things that you haven’t noticed yet! Talk about why each of these gifts is important, and think of ways you can use them to help others!
Dear God, Thank You for giving me spiritual gifts! I know that every gift is important and can be used to make a big difference in the world. I want to use my gifts to help others and point them to Jesus. Thank You for empowering me to be a hero for You. Amen!
