Creating to Heal: 7 Days of Healing Through Art & PrayerSample

It’s not enough to remove the lies—you have to replace them with truth.
Romans 12:2 says transformation comes from the renewing of your mind. That means re-training your thoughts, reordering your beliefs, and reorienting your imagination around what God says.
Philippians 4:8 gives us a list: whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely—think on these things. Not as escapism, but as a new blueprint. The more you meditate on truth, the more it becomes your default.
Jesus prayed, “Sanctify them by Your truth; Your Word is truth” (John 17:17). Truth isn’t just information. It’s a person. Jesus wants to fill the empty spaces in your heart with His Word, His perspective, and His peace.
And here’s the secret the enemy doesn’t want you to know: when you speak God’s Word aloud—when you declare truth, sing Scripture, or pray from your heart—you’re not just encouraging yourself. You’re pushing back darkness. You’re activating the healing design God built into your very being.
Reflection Question:
What truth do you need to declare over the area you just surrendered?
Creative Prompt:
Return to your heart image from Day 2. On the blank side, write or illustrate what God says about you—truth, promises, new identity.
