Day 3: Impact - How we influence our world!

“The Gentiles shall come to your light, And kings to the brightness of your rising.” - Isaiah 60:3(NKJV).

We know that God’s love is the foundation of our faith and the essence of our being. Now that we know we have the life of Christ, let us explore how we can make a difference wherever we are.

We often think making a difference requires grand gestures, but the Bible reminds us otherwise. God’s love empowers us to have an impact wherever we are.

Consider the unnamed Israelite slave girl in 2 Kings 5:2-5,14 (NKJV); despite her captivity, her faith shone brightly. With courage, she told Naaman he could be healed from his leprosy in Israel, impacting his life and sparking a conversation about his healing between the King of Israel and the king of Syria.

Let’s look at Esther, a Jewish slave girl who rose to become queen of Persia. Like the unnamed Israelite slave girl, Esther didn’t let her circumstances limit her impact. Through her bold act of faith, God used her to deliver the Jews from genocide. Just as these women used their positions to influence the world around them, we too can find opportunities to shine our light. Whether it is by showing kindness to a stranger, standing up for what’s right, or simply offering a listening ear, every positive interaction is a chance to make a difference.

Living out our faith in the world can be challenging. We may face opposition and even danger, but our confidence lies in the fact that we have the holy spirit in us; therefore, we have already overcome. Unlike Esther, who risked her life, and the unnamed slave girl whose faith shone brightly even though she didn’t have the gift of salvation, how much more are we in whom the holy spirit lives? Do not be discouraged.

Remember that God loves you, His love sustains you, and you carry the life of Christ in you to boldly make an impact. Let your light shine, and let the world see just how remarkable the love of our Father is!

I have the favor and wisdom of God.

I am fruitful; I flourish, excel, and prosper in all that I do.

I have the multiplier’s anointing.

Nothing is against me.

Nothing dies in my hands.

I am never stranded.

The supernatural is natural to me.

All things are working together for my good.

God loves me more than the devil hates me.

Grace is working for me!
