Stick TogetherSample

Want an easy-to-remember way to read and study the Bible? No matter which passage of Scripture you're reading, ask yourself these three questions: "What?" "So What?" "Now What?" We'll show you how!
WHAT? What is this passage about?
This week, we're talking about why good friends are worth fighting for. What does this passage tell us about being a person who does that?
SO WHAT? Why does it matter?
What kind of debts or wrongs do you imagine Jesus had in mind when he told this parable?
Why do you think God cares if we forgive others or not?
NOW WHAT? What should I do about it?
In the passage, it's easy to see that the one who needed forgiveness was in the wrong. Has there ever been a time when it was obvious that you needed forgiveness?
What's something you need to ask for forgiveness for right now? Maybe a rude remark, a lie, or another kind of hurt?
Who needs your forgiveness today? What would it look like to let go of a past wrong?

About this Plan

Think about your favorite adventure stories where friends go on epic journeys, face challenges, and stick together through it all. Those stories make you wonder: Do I have friends like that? Am I that kind of friend? We all want solid friendships with people who stick with us no matter what life brings, and the Bible gives us wisdom about how to build those relationships. For the next 28 days, we’ll explore what God has to say about how we can have—and be—good friends. We'll see how choosing wise friends will help us navigate any adventure we face.
