Authentic Love That Reveals Jesus

The defining mark of a disciple is love. Not casual niceness or superficial gestures — but a deep, sacrificial love that reflects Jesus Himself. He loved those who rejected Him, forgave those who hurt Him, and welcomed the outcasts. Authentic love is sometimes uncomfortable. It costs us convenience, pride, and comfort. But this is the kind of love that turns heads and softens hearts. It looks like compassion when judgment would be easier, patience in frustration, and generosity without strings attached. Love that reveals Jesus calls us beyond what feels natural or deserved. In a world marked by division and self-interest, this kind of love stands out. It makes people wonder, “Why do they love like that?” And the answer is simple: Jesus. His love in us compels us to reach beyond barriers.
