You Can!Sample

Memorizing scripture can seem like a pretty tough task at first. It sounds way different than how we normally talk, and it doesn’t always fit naturally in our minds, So it can feel hard to remember. It was written a long time ago in a very different culture and language. But the more we surround ourselves with truth, the more it sticks with us when we need it most.
Write down this scripture on a piece of paper. Beneath it on the same paper, rewrite it in your own words, in a way that you would say it if you were talking to a friend. Put it somewhere you will see it every day, and read both versions out loud, and let it sink in.
