Scripture: 1 Corinthians 2:10

"These are the things God has revealed to us by His Spirit. The Spirit searches all things, even the deep things of God.”

Reflection:

The Bible is not just a book; it is a supernatural, living word, filled with hidden treasures of wisdom, revelation, and power. But these deep truths are not unlocked by human intellect alone—they are revealed by the Holy Spirit.

Too often, believers read Scripture without expectation, treating it as a checklist rather than an encounter with the voice of God. The Holy Spirit desires to lead us into deeper understanding, giving us insight that transforms our lives, strengthens our faith, and equips us for spiritual battles.

Are you merely skimming the surface of God’s Word, or are you allowing the Spirit to take you into the depths of His truth?

Application:

• Commit to studying Scripture more deeply—not just reading but meditating and asking the Holy Spirit for understanding.
• Journal one new insight from today’s Bible reading.

Call to Action:

Pick a passage of Scripture (such as John 7:37-39) and read it three times today, asking the Holy Spirit to reveal something fresh.

Prayer:

"Holy Spirit, lead me into the deep things of God. Remove any complacency and give me a hunger for Your Word. Let me see truth beyond the surface and apply it to my life. In Jesus’ name, Amen."
