Building your spirit man is critical to fulfilling your divine destiny. Just as your physical body grows stronger through regular nourishment, your spirit man requires consistent spiritual nourishment for strength. Without intentional spiritual development, your spirit becomes weak, easily overpowered by life’s challenges and temptations.

One essential practice to build your spirit man is praying in the Spirit. Jude 1:20 instructs, “But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.” This kind of prayer edifies your spirit, energises your faith, and positions you to receive directions and empowerment from God.

Another crucial way of strengthening your spirit is through the Word. God's Word feeds your spirit, imparting divine wisdom, insight, and strength. Regularly studying and meditating upon the Scriptures transforms your inner man, empowering you to live victoriously and effectively for God’s kingdom purposes.

Remember, spiritual growth is intentional, not automatic. Just as athletes train their bodies consistently, you must consistently engage in spiritual disciplines to keep your spirit healthy and vibrant. Commit to daily prayer, study, and meditation on God’s Word, allowing the Holy Spirit to mould and strengthen your inner man continually.
