Who is Jesus Christ to you?
Jesus often spoke to the Pharisees and teachers about who He was. During one interaction, they questioned him and refused to believe He was the Messiah. When Jesus said, "Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am," the crowd grew angry and threw stones at Him.
Jesus had done many miracles throughout his ministry. Jesus had proven himself, not by his words only, but by actions. Even when they questioned Him, they could prove him guilty of any sin. Many of the Pharisees refused to believe in Him because they had hardened hearts and were self-righteous.
What can we learn from the mistakes of the Pharisees and teachers? How can we, as followers of Christ, stand firm when questioned by skeptics?
