Journey With Jesus 365Sample

Why is timing so important in the Christian life?
Jesus was sparring with the Pharisees once again, not because he wanted to argue, but they were trying to trick him. Jesus knew that the message he brought to the Jewish people could not be handled by many of them until He died on the cross. Jesus certainly tried to teach the Jewish people about the kingdom of Heaven. He used parables and miracles, but even his disciples struggled to grasp the deep things he spoke about. However, in Luke 13:35 Jesus stated that there was coming a time when the people would recognize who He was – the Messiah, the very Son of God! God’s timing is everything.
What is God trying to teach you right now? Ask God to show you the next important lesson He wants you to learn. What are you struggling with waiting for in your life? Can you trust God for His perfect timing?
