Journey With Jesus 365Sample

No one likes a hypocrite.
Jesus warns us to beware of hypocrisy. Hypocrisy only takes a little, to affect a great mass. The art of hypocrisy depends on concealment, but one day all will be revealed. Jesus later taught that we can only be hypocrites before men, as we cannot fool God. God knows our hearts.
Do you practice the words of the psalmist who said, “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: And see if there be any wicked way in me” (Psalm 139:23-24). Some think that the only way to avoid being a hypocrite is to never aspire to live a holy life. We should aspire to live holy and rely on God’s help in doing so. No one likes a hypocrite and worse, a hypocrite damages the reputation of Christ.
