Be for RealSample

Have you ever thought about how your actions can build strong connections with others? Living with integrity—being honest, trustworthy, and kind—can help us build meaningful relationships. When we act with integrity, we set an example for others and show them our character.
In middle school, this means being consistent in your actions, whether you’re interacting with friends, teachers, or family. People can see these things when they can rely on you and know that you treat people with respect. When you live with integrity, you not only strengthen your relationships but also encourage others to do the same.
Today, talk with an adult you trust about how integrity has impacted their friendships and the choices they’ve made in their life.
