Be for RealSample

(VIDEO TRANSCRIPT BELOW)
Have you ever had a friend who said one thing in front of one group but something totally different to someone else? Maybe they said they loved a certain artist, hobby, or sports team, but to impress another group of people, they said something totally different. Or maybe you’ve had someone say something positive about you in one room, but you hear from a friend that the same person is saying rude or untrue things about you behind your back.
Our words have power. The words we say can be really helpful or hurtful. Words have the power to build someone up or tear them down. When we follow Jesus, and we practice living with integrity, we use our words to speak truth and encouragement to everyone around us.
This week, look for one way to speak words of life to those around you.
