Happily Ever After: And Everything BeforeSample

As a middle schooler, you’re likely to encounter a lot of challenges in different parts of your life. Academically, socially, personally, or emotionally—it can be a lot sometimes! That’s when it’s important to remember that we aren’t in it alone. We’re called to support one another through life’s ups and downs, the good times and bad, the easy and the difficult. In whatever we’re feeling or dealing with, we want someone to be a friend to us. To demonstrate the love of Jesus in real ways. To pay attention to our struggles and offer help. To make us feel valued and supported. And if that’s what we want, it’s certainly what we can do for others when they’re going through a struggle, too!
Today, be intentional about looking out for others who may be struggling with something. It may be a classmate who is overwhelmed with school, a friend who is dealing with a tough time at home, or someone who is feeling lonely. When you notice someone in need, take just one small step to be a friend.
