God's Redemption Story (The Church: Part 1 )Sample

Philippians – Day 4
“Do not worry.” In our world, this seems nearly impossible. Society is covered in an inescapable cloud of fatalism and catastrophism. You can hardly go five minutes without hearing about an imminent war, economic disaster, or pandemic. Many people are preparing for the worst.
To avoid worry, we must set our minds on the right things. Paul tells us to think about things that are good, pure, true, and lovely. Could you use any of these words to describe social media, our 24-hour news cycle, or the potential catastrophes you’re dwelling on? No! But they can be used to describe the Word of God.
From a human perspective, it’s understandable to be worried, but God’s peace passes all understanding. The more we spend time with Him and in His word, the more of His peace we’ll experience.
