The Good Life: Abounding In All Good ThingsSample

The Good Life: Abounding In All Good Things

DAY 1 OF 7

Our Loving Father Provides The Good Life

When we recognize that Jesus Christ died in our stead and acknowledge Him as our Savior and our only access to God, this is when He comes and lives in our hearts.  When His Spirit is joined with ours, we become the children of God (in right standing, with nothing missing, nothing broken, and, once again, clothed in His Spirit).  His Spirit joining with ours gives us the privilege to call God, Father.

It is difficult to allow God to take care of us if we do not know Him as Father.  Our Father’s desire is that we truly know and trust Him.  He wants us to allow Him to guide, protect, and provide for us so that we may enjoy life to the fullest.

As children of God, we have been given the privilege of enjoying His creation.  However, to fully enjoy His creation, our Father has given us specific instructions to live by.  These instructions, found in His Word, keep us from harm and danger and from living an unfulfilled life.

Once we believe and receive what God is saying and recognize Him as our Father, all things ordained by him shall be made available.  2 Corinthians 1:2 tells us that God’s promises are “yes” and “amen”.  This means, His promises have already been decreed (put into law) and completed in heaven.  Nothing can cause Him to change His mind toward us.  Our job is to simply come into agreement with God’s Word and say amen (“so be it”) to receive those promises.

About this Plan

The Good Life: Abounding In All Good Things

Our heavenly Father wants to save our lives and make our days most enjoyable, productive, and complete.  He wants to help us make informed decisions in every area of our lives.  He longs to provide for our every need (physical, emotional, and spiritual) as well as fulfill all our desires.
