The American Bible Challenge Bible Study - Part 1Sample

Welcome back! We’re continuing our series on the introduction to the Bible. We’ve been talking about the reliability and purpose of the Bible. In the process, it presents real people dealing with real issues: pain, frustration, fear and failure are all in there. But stories in the Bible don’t end in despair, as we’ll read today in Romans 15:4.
Reflection:
What does this verse tell us about the purpose of the Bible? Do you need hope right now? If so why? How would you describe your experience with the Bible? Thank God for the hope he provides through the Scriptures and ask him to help you receive it as we progress through this study.
