Journaling Through LentSample

Remembering God’s Love
God’s love is something I can never wrap my head around. How He can have unconditional affection for every person on earth who ever lived and ever will live still blows my mind. In Jeremiah 31, God says, “I have loved you with an everlasting love, and I have drawn you with unfailing kindness." Think about that for a minute. God doesn’t just love us and leave us. He draws us to Him. He desires to have an intimate relationship with us.
Today, meditate on God’s love and how He has drawn you to Him. Think about Romans chapter 8, verses 38 & 39. The Word of God says NOTHING can separate you from the love of God. His love is powerful, and nothing you can do can make Him stop loving you. Take time to dwell on this and let your heart be filled with praise. Worship Him today because He is love!
