Paul taught God’s Word in Ephesus, and many people believed. When persecution came, Paul moved to a different location and continued teaching. As a result, people from outside of Ephesus heard the Word of God. God did many miracles through Paul. Once seven sons of a religious leader tried to cast out demons in Jesus’ name, but the demons, instead of leaving, beat them up. News of this occurrence spread everywhere, and, as a result, the name of Jesus was greatly honored and respected. Many new believers began confessing their sins, including magicians who publicly burned their expensive books. The teaching of God’s Word transforms lives. In the same way, God can use your difficulties to open doors of opportunity for spreading His Word.
