None Like HimSample

Week 2 | God Is Incomprehensible
1. How does the knowledge that God cannot be fully known make you feel?
2. List three statements that you know to be true about God. How did you learn them?
3. Think of a time you felt misunderstood by someone. Why is it difficult to see and acknowledge our own sin in a misunderstanding? How should the truth that God knows you fully affect how you respond in that kind of situation?
Pray:
Write a prayer to the Lord acknowledging your partial knowledge of who He is. Thank Him for the specific ways He has revealed Himself to you. Ask Him for the humility to see yourself as a poor expert on Him, yourself, or others. Thank Him that you are fully known, fully accepted in Christ. Praise Him that He exceeds your comprehension.

About this Plan

Find spiritual rest in the greatness and glory of God as you spend time with the Lord each day! None Like Him is a 10-week reading plan to help you find rest in Christ by letting go and letting God be God. Daily readings include a relevant passage from the Bible, focused on a specific attribute of God each week. The last day of each week includes questions that will cause you to deeply consider areas where you have tried to "play God" in your own life.
