It can be tempting to think being a Christian sounds boring, that it’s all about a bunch of rules and an old book you must read. So, isn’t it a relief to know that’s not what God wants for us? God hasn’t designed or invited us to live lives shrunk down without any energy or excitement. God’s invited us to be a part of a movement God has started, to make a life, not just be a bystander to our lives. Having a better idea of what we are made for begins by spending time in God’s presence and learning what God is like. The more we discover God, the more we’ll realize what God has for us.
