Peace

Frank stood with his family in church. The band was playing a worship song he had never heard before and some of the words caught his attention. It mentioned a peace that doesn’t make sense. He thought about this as his family sang around him. He wanted to experience that kind of peace but wasn’t exactly sure what it meant.

Jesus wants to give you peace. He wants your heart to be at rest. He doesn’t want you to be anxious, worried, or overwhelmed. The peace he gives you is supernatural and perfect. He gives peace to his people when it doesn’t make sense. This means when everyone and everything around you says you should be stressed out, Jesus wants to bless you with peace so you aren’t troubled. Even in the middle of a storm, he can keep you safe and keep your heart quiet.
