Each day is filled with interactions. In our texts, calls, emails, and face-to-face conversations, words are exchanged. Do you ever find yourself debating between several different responses or comments? With our words, we have choices. And each choice often comes down to the option to build up or to tear down. Author and speaker Christin Ditchfield has come to appreciate the profound impact of words.

Are you intentional with your words? Better yet, have you committed to continually let God use your words for His good purposes? This is not an easy endeavor and may at times feel uncomfortable. But if you stay near to God on your journey and depend upon the Holy Spirit, He will help you provide life-giving words to others.
