God’s Goodness We know that only goodness flows from God. All His thoughts, desires, plans and actions are good. Psalm 107:9 says, “He fills the hungry soul with goodness.” Long for it and He will fill you with His goodness. King David had great confidence in the Lord. He wrote in faith, that God’s goodness will follow him all the days of his life. He knew this from his personal encounters and experiences with God. He loved to dwell in the house of the Lord and knew that God’s goodness is glorious in His holy sanctuary. Those who know the secret of God’s house will not miss the opportunity but go after it and enjoy His goodness. Psalm 65:4 says, “We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house.” After this life on Earth, there is a heaven and hell. God has given us the choice of where we want to go. Jesus said, “In My Father’s house are many mansions, which I will prepare for you before I come back to take you.” What a joy it will be to be with the Lord and under His continuous care. Paul says our citizenship is in Heaven, for which we eagerly wait for our Savior's coming. The Lord’s goodness results in victory, favor, supernatural breakthroughs and much more in our lives. He blesses His children in such a way that they are fully satisfied. Beloved, let us thank the Lord for His goodness upon our lives and let us continue to seek it in the days to come. Let us not forget to lift up those who are heading to hell, that they may be directed back onto the path that leads us to the everlasting home. Prayer Lord, help us to experience Your goodness and mercy so that we may dwell in Your house for now and forever more. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
