Our desires often go unnoticed because they’re so deeply embedded in who we are. A significant step to growing more fruitful on our frontlines is becoming aware of what motivates our words and actions. Thinking back over the last few hours, what desires are you aware of? For instance, was keeping quiet motivated by fear of conflict or a desire to honour another person's views?
