Esther was able to save her people because she was prepared and ready to act at the right time. Esther was willing to wait, to allow God to guide her, and she was properly prepared for the right time to approach the king.

God knows and has planned every detail of our lives, and His plan is perfect. Because of this, we can trust Him. And when you trust that God's way is perfect, you are choosing to have that "gentle and quiet spirit" (1 Peter 3:3-4) that God says is beautiful.
