How do you feel inside when you are worried or afraid?
You might feel your heart beat harder and your breathing get faster. You might even get all sweaty and tired. It's uncomfortable, but everyone feels that way sometimes.
When you feel worried or afraid, there is good news! You can trust God. He created our bodies and our feelings. He understands what we are going through. No matter what makes you feel worried or afraid, God is bigger. Talk to God about it. Let Him take care of it instead of keeping it to yourself. Talk with trusted leaders and adults, too. They can help you calm your body down when you feel worried or afraid.
