How are we, as Christ followers, supposed to journey through life? The passage we will be looking at today gives us a snapshot. In our present life, there are many things that attack us daily. However, Christ calls us to Rejoice and give thanks in all things!
Does He tell us to just give thanks when things are good?
NO. In ALL circumstances give thanks because that is His will for us and He has blessed us so much.
He also calls us to reject evil and live blameless lives. How can we live blameless lives? We can't, won't and haven't, but our faithful Savior, Jesus, CAN, WILL and HAS on our behalf!
Jesus Changes Everything. His only request: we commit our lives to Him. To help us on this journey of life, He tells us to Pray continually in all things and He will guide you! How can you live out this challenge to pray continually? What does that look like in the rhythms of your day? - Tony Louters
