Psalms Streak: A Daily Devotional in the PsalmsSample

A Blessed Blesser
It doesn’t matter what translation you are reading; Psalm 41 is clear. God loves to bless and care for His children who bless and care for those in need. If you look around your world, what needs do you see? Poverty, single parent families, those struggling with health issues, instances of bullying or oppression... You won’t have to look far to see someone who could use a hand up. Maybe you could defend a victim at school or eat lunch with the kid sitting by themselves. Maybe you could set up a food bank collection bin at your school or church. Maybe you and your small group could organise a card crafting night to create cards or notes to encourage patients in the hospital or missionaries abroad. The options to bless others are endless!
GO DEEP: Think about your giftings, your resources, and the needs in your community. What can you do right now, where you are, to bless someone? Who can you gather (mobilise) to join you in your blessing movement?
BE BOLD: Who needs to hear this? Who could you share it with?
