Treasured Memories: How to Mindfully Navigate GriefSample

Through Jesus, therefore, let us continually offer to God a sacrifice of praise—the fruit of lips that openly profess his name. Hebrews 13:15 (NIV)
The sacrifice of praise is praise amid tragedy. It is praise despite the pain of the season.
In the world, receiving from others is the way to increase. In God’s Kingdom, giving to others is the way to increase. God's ways do not always make sense to the natural mind (1 Corinthians 2:14), but God’s ways hold the power to change anything. Offering a sacrifice of praise amid great pain and sorrow does not make sense, but it has the power to heal.
To rise above depressive, suicidal, or negative thoughts, say the name of JESUS with the revelation that darkness bows at the name of Jesus (Philippians 2:9-11).
If you are disappointed with God this season, Insert your feelings in the following statement and say: God, I feel __________, but I need you and I praise you because you are my source of comfort.
Today, would you please sow the seed of praise even when it hurts. In the name of Jesus, receive the grace to offer a sacrifice of praise
A Psalm to ponder and declare: I will sacrifice a thank offering to God and call on the name of the LORD (Psalm 116:17).
We hope you were encouraged.
