The OneSample

Imagine standing on the ground. With two feet down, you’re pretty stable. If someone came over and pushed you, you might stumble back, but you probably wouldn’t fall. Now imagine standing on some bleachers. With less space to stand on, if pushed, you’re far more likely to fall and risk injury. That is the difference between not just knowing the right and wise thing to do but doing it. Knowing what to do doesn’t make you more stable and healthy. Putting it into practice does.
As you go about your week, pray for the wisdom not only to know how God wants you to live but also the courage to do it.
