To be chosen is a great feeling. Whether it’s being chosen for a team or a homecoming date, it’s so nice to feel like a coach or your crush has seen you and picked you. But what’s even more amazing is the God who created the entire universe has chosen YOU. You are chosen to be part of God’s family, to be part of God’s work, and to be part of God’s purpose. Just like you’d put on something specific for a game or homecoming dance, there are things children of God should put on as we follow God — things like compassion, kindness, humility.
What can you do this week to make sure you’re putting on these qualities, so others know what God’s chosen looks like?
