Overcomer: Defeating Anxiety and AbuseSample

In your journal, spend some time making a list of some things that God's truth has pinged up against this week. Be honest. This might be tough, and you might still be processing, but make sure to get it all out. Then, write down a list of safe people that you know you can trust with this burden you are carrying!
Pray this prayer:
God help me to forgive. Forgive the people that may have hurt me and forgive myself for any regrets or remorse that I am carrying. Lord I know that you love me with a relentless love and you would do anything to make sure that I experienced that love day in and day out. God I know that you’re close, but I need your help in reminding me to draw close to you. Lord would you put a deep desire in me to draw close to you and remember that you are the God of redemption and revival.
I love you and it’s in your son Jesus name I pray,
amen.

About this Plan

The team at Broken Crayons Still Color has joined forces with their friend, Hope Moquin, to wade through the realities of anxiety and abuse. Follow the voices of four women who have known brokenness—yet, have claimed victory in Jesus overcoming all things. There is no darkness He can't touch, and there is no pain we can't come back from. We cannot and will not be defeated. We are overcomers.
