Say this together: Jesus died for all our sin so we can be friends forever with Him.
God loves you and wants to be friends with you. But there’s some bad news: we’ve all sinned—and sin breaks our friendship with God.
Don’t worry, though! There’s Good News, too! God loves us and made a way for us to be friends with Him again. God sent Jesus to die for our sin. Now, when we choose to make Jesus the leader of our lives, all of our sins are forgiven and we become friends with God.
How do you make Jesus the leader of your life? Remember your A-B-Cs.
A: Admit. Admit that you’ve done wrong and ask God to forgive you for disobeying Him.
B: Believe. Believe God sent Jesus to take the punishment for your sin. Trust that you’re forgiven because Jesus made you right with God.
C: Choose. Choose to spend your whole life depending on God’s power to help you say no to sin. As you live and love like Jesus, tell others God is your leader and number-one friend.
