Game Changer (Week 5)Sample

Day Six
Everything’s a Gift - We always celebrate and practice thankfulness! We choose to focus on how great God is, are thankful for everything in our lives, and for the people around us.
READ:
The Lame Man in any Children's Bible or Acts 3:1-10 (ICB)
Peter and John told everyone that Jesus had healed the man.
Many more people believed in Jesus that day.
ASK:
When we tell others about all the wonderful things that Jesus has done and will keep on doing it helps to build their faith. Remember we talked about faith yesterday.
When others that don’t know Jesus hear about how wonderful He is, they often want to know more or want to invite Him into their own life.
Have you invited Jesus into your life yet?
If you have let's celebrate today! If you haven’t but you want to invite Jesus into your life, it’s ok because you can do that right now. Just ask your grownup to help you and say this prayer
"Dear Jesus, thank you for forgiving me for living apart from you. I believe in my heart that you died for me and that you came back to life. I love you and will live for you every single day of my life. Thank you for loving me and saving me. Amen”.
REMEMBER:
Psalm 9:1
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
SAY:
My God is good,
He is awesome and great.
He helps me be strong,
Even when I’m afraid.
I will say thank you,
For all He has done.
For me and my people,
He loves everyone.

About this Plan

During this series we will be journeying through and exploring ‘Everything's a Gift’. Through scripture and well-known bible stories we’ll explore how this DNA is about having an attitude of gratitude. We pray that children will grasp that God loves a grateful heart and that we have so much that we can be grateful for.
