Everything’s a Gift - We always celebrate and practice thankfulness! We choose to focus on how great God is, are thankful for everything in our lives, and for the people around us.

Wow! How amazing God moved and answered Peter’s prayer and the man got healed!
All the people that saw this were amazed., Peter made sure that the people knew that neither John or Peter had healed the man, that Jesus had healed him.
When God does something wonderful in our lives it is good to tell others.
When we tell others it helps to grow our faith and other people's faith also.
ASK:
Ask your grownup to help you find Hebrews 11:1 in the bible. What does it say about faith?
“Faith means being sure of the things we hope for. And faith means knowing that something is real even if we do not see it.” Hebrew 11:1 ICB
Peter and John had faith that Jesus would heal the man. They prayed and saw a miracle happen.
What can you have faith for today? Remember faith means being sure of the things we hope for.
REMEMBER:
Psalm 9:1
I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart; I will tell of all your wonderful deeds.
SAY:
My God is good,
He is awesome and great.
He helps me be strong,
Even when I’m afraid.
I will say thank you,
For all He has done.
For me and my people,
He loves everyone.

About this Plan
During this series we will be journeying through and exploring ‘Everything's a Gift’. Through scripture and well-known bible stories we’ll explore how this DNA is about having an attitude of gratitude. We pray that children will grasp that God loves a grateful heart and that we have so much that we can be grateful for.
