A LIFE THAT PLEASES THE LORD 

Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God (Matthew 5:8)

We should be the happiest people on earth because we have been redeemed. Even though the world says that wealth and riches can make people happy, those two things cannot redeem the sins of mankind. Your value is so immense to God that He gave His most precious Son to bear the consequences of your sin. We are redeemed by the blood of Jesus, an expensive and priceless blood. 

As people who have been redeemed, we are sanctified by the blood of Jesus. God wants us to have a life that is different than the life of most people in this world. We have to take care of our God-given life very well. Just as we protect our most valuable possessions, our redeemed lives must be very well preserved because His holy and precious blood is in us.

When we still lived in darkness we had no hope. In Christ, we are transferred from darkness to light. The future truly exists in the light.

God has given us a bright hope, and that light will shine even more strongly if we get closer to the Lord in prayer, worship, and His Word. Living in the light only results in holiness and purity that will bring the favor of God. Everyday we will experience God's favor. Every day we will witness how God works in us.

God's hands are open for all of us who live in His ways.
